Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vly (the "Service"), operated by vly Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@vly.live if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Service lets you upload audio, images, and text ("User Content") and produce synthetic media derived from them ("Generated Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your User Content and Generated Content solely to operate the Service.

We do not use your User Content or Generated Content to train third-party foundation models without your explicit opt-in.

You may only upload audio for voice cloning if (a) the voice is your own, or (b) you have explicit, documented permission from the speaker to clone their voice on this Service. You will be asked to affirm this before each upload.

Cloning the voice of any identifiable third party — including public figures, celebrities, politicians, deceased persons, and private individuals — without their permission is prohibited. We may remove voices, suspend accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement when we receive a credible report that this clause has been violated.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• impersonate any person or entity, or generate content that falsely attributes statements to a real person;
• generate sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, or content sexualizing real identifiable people without their consent;
• generate content that promotes violence, self-harm, illegal activity, harassment, or discrimination;
• commit fraud, including voice phishing, deceptive impersonation for financial gain, or election interference;
• circumvent or attempt to circumvent the safety filters, rate limits, or paywalls of the Service;
• extract or attempt to extract the underlying model weights, system prompts, or training data of the Service.

Paid plans, credit top-ups, and current pricing are listed at /pricing. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled through the billing portal. Top-up credits are non-refundable once granted, except as required by applicable consumer-protection law.

We may adjust pricing or credit costs with notice; existing prepaid credits are honored at the rate in effect when they were purchased.

The Service, including its software, design, and brand marks, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or trade dress.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time; we will delete your User Content within 30 days of closure, except where retention is required by law.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD 100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
